About these terms

These terms apply to all purchases from the HAS World shop at [your Big Cartel URL]. By placing an order you agree to them. HAS World is run by Hassan Shah Hamdani, based in London, UK.

Products

I make original hand-painted canvases, drawings, prints and clothing. Because each piece is handmade, small differences from the photos are natural. I do my best to describe and photograph everything accurately, but colours may vary between screens.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in [GBP £] and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout. I may correct pricing errors and will contact you before shipping if an order is affected.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when I send you a confirmation email. I may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable or if there's a pricing or stock error.

Original artwork

Original works are one of a kind. Once sold, they can't be recreated. Buying a piece gives you ownership of the physical item only.

Copyright and intellectual property

All artwork, designs, characters, images, text and branding on this site, including HAS World and the HASWORLD signature, are my copyright and property. Buying a product does not give you the right to reproduce, print, sell, license or use the artwork or branding commercially without my written permission. Personal display and non-commercial sharing with credit are welcome.
